Aidan Earley, the long term close business partner of Craig Whyte, is suing me for £50,000 for libel because I have, he claims, damaged his good reputation as a businessman and financier. As our research team looks at the 52 UK companies where he has been involved since starting his career in 1988... well that can wait. But before Mr Earley continues with this farce I should like him to consider two emails I have received from Mr Tony Keeling... oh dear, oh dear Aidan.

The former CEO of Danish listed NunaMinerals was owed cash by the company and yesterday managed to get the company formally declarred bankrupt in a court in Greeland - see HERE. That means that Main market listed fraud Worthington (WRN) can no longer procrastinate and claim to be in talks about an RTO. So it must be game over for Aiden Earley, Craig Whyte and Doug Ware.

One of the joys of being in London is that folks come to see me from the Square Mile bearing documents of great interest. I shall not name my City Source. But I have obtained documents showing why the £10 million claim by Law Financial against Rangers (RFC) is utterly bogus, that Worthington (WRN) knows it is bogus and how Worthington boss Doug Ware tried to line his own pockets in an obscene fashion at the expense of Worthington going behind the back of poor Aiden Earley and Craig Whyte.

Sitting on a tangerine cloud a group of mad hatters posted comments franticly on the LSE asylum. Actually I haven’t taken any drugs for years but every time I read a release from Worthington I feel that I am having some sort of ghastly flashback. Is that Doug Ware I see chatting to the Queen of Hearts. Off with Tom Winnifrith’s head! No it was not the Queen, it was Aiden Earley or was it Craig Whyte? Anyhow, yesterday’s RNS was mind blowing. I am obliged under the interim injunction to remove all emails republished here from Craig Earley and all documents attached to those emails by 4.30 PM today and shall do so. I appeal the matter in the High Court Wednesday. However I have just been handed a document which is not attached to any email from Earley and appears to be the killer blow on the Worthington fraud and also casts a whole new light on Rangers and the Craig Whyte affair. Since it arrived as a stand-alone it is NOT covered by the injunction. I shall be passing it onto the UKLA/FCA and Serious Fraud Office at once and imagine Rangers supporters may want the Scottish Police to see it as it implies that the current Rangers enquiry may need widening.

Thanks to the tawnyport poster on the ADVFN Bulletin Board for flagging this up. Unlike the wankers at the FT I’m happy to give credit where credit is due. Part 8 of this series has a stunning email or two and is a bombshell but this helps set the scene.
We return to Hong Kong registered European and Asian Ltd which shares an address with a firm where Craig Whyte is the authorised signatory. European is the company that holds all of the equity of Mandolyn Ltd, which in turn receives Doug Ware's warrants in return for his CEO services. European and Asian Ltd is also the sole shareholder of some other companies, including one called Renatus WRN Secured Loan Note Holders Ltd (sole director one Doug Ware). I flagged up the Renatus Red Flag yesterday HERE.
The 30th June 2014 Annual Accounts for Renatus shows a total of £1 of cash at bank and in hand (the nominal value of the sole share held by European and Asian Ltd). It's a dormant company with no assets, at least at that point. It's not trading, so has no way of generating cash.

Yesterday I demonstrated quite clearly that protestations from Worthington CEO Doug Ware that he had severed all links with Craig Whyte when Doug became CEO on June 1 2012 were ...untrue. But now I bring to your attention a quite remarkable coincidence. Oh dear Doug, a bit more explaining to do you scumbag.

On Monday of this week Worthington PLC (WRN) CEO Doug Ware published a defamatory document about me (HERE with my response) and said he had reported me to the Police. In it he insisted that on becoming CEO on 1 June 2012 he had moved immediately to sever all links with Craig Whyte. He has made that claim before. Unfortunately, for Worthington shareholders what Mr Ware has stated is quite simply NOT TRUE as another leaked document I publish today shows. So what else have you misled investors about Doug?

My series on the fraud that is Worthington (WRN) continues today with an invoice that raises all sorts of questions. By now the bully boy lawyers for Worthington who have threatened me with action should be starting to sense the scope of the material I am sitting on and there is buckets more to come. The invoice comes from 2013 and is linked to Rangers Football Club.
You will remember that the Worthington Pension Fund (Jerome) leant c£3 million to Rangers just before it went into administration under Mr Craig Whyte. Craig will shortly stand trial on fraud charges relating to that affair. Mr Whyte’s long-time business associate is Aiden Earley, himself a man disqualified from acting as a company director.
